Meet the Founder
Kenneth C. Wong, MBA, FACHE
Kenneth brings a 360° perspective. He launched products for payment technology startups, drove market development for pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and led business development, marketing, and brand teams, along with physician and community relations, for large health systems. Today he teaches in a university business school and serves in national and statewide leadership roles in healthcare and education.
That range is the point. Kenneth understands how buyers, clinicians, executives, staff, and families each see a problem, and he builds plans that work for all of them.

European hygiene products manufacturer
Assessed the feasibility and market-entry strategy for a line of single-use clinical hygiene products in North America. The work included competitive benchmarking, regulatory and pricing review, distributor mapping, stakeholder interviews, and technical site visits, giving leadership an evidence-based foundation for their expansion decision.

South Florida financial institution
Designed and delivered a multi-day sales development program on cross-selling, customer acquisition, retention, and communication across two branches. Results were measured with behavioral style assessments, pre/post surveys, customer call quality evaluations, site observations, and individual participant reports.

Built audience-specific messaging and sales materials for eight customer segments, from physicians and long-term care to cruise lines, insurers, and investors.
Community Health Education
University health equity grant program
Built the infrastructure, marketing, and logistics for a grant-funded community health education series on health equity, launching with a kickoff event on women’s health and the business case for health equity. Developed event themes and agendas, recruited speakers, and managed promotion and registration.
